采用1-萘磺酸钠非共价修饰石墨烯,得到功能化石墨烯。接着,通过溶液共混法制备出功能化石墨烯/聚乙烯醇复合材料。利用XRD、SEM、TGA、DSC和拉伸测试对复合材料的结构、形貌、热学与力学性能进行分析。结果表明:当功能化石墨烯的添加量为0.5%(wt,质量分数)时,功能化石墨烯与聚乙烯醇之间有良好的相容性,复合材料的拉伸强度和玻璃化转变温度分别提高了25.9%和7.0℃。
Non-covalent modification of graphene with sodium 1-naphthalenesulfonate gives functionalized graphene. Then, functionalized graphene / polyvinyl alcohol composites were prepared by solution blending method. The structure, morphology, thermal and mechanical properties of the composites were analyzed by XRD, SEM, TGA, DSC and tensile tests. The results show that the functionalized graphene has good compatibility with polyvinyl alcohol when the content of functionalized graphene is 0.5% (wt), the tensile strength and the glass transition temperature Respectively, increased by 25.9% and 7.0 ℃.
