伺服作动器(舵机)实现电气至机械运动之间的信号转换,驱动飞机执行机构舵面完成机械运动。新一代伺服作动器以其余度技术及综合组合式结构特点全面代替了传统舵机及助力器,全新的修理模式应运而生。本文梳理了三代机伺服作动器与传统舵机的典型差异,并对其进行了总结分析。
Servo actuator (servo) to achieve electrical to mechanical movement between the signal conversion, the implementation of the aircraft driver’s surface to complete the mechanical movement. A new generation of servo actuators with the remaining technology and the combined features of a comprehensive structure instead of the traditional servo and booster, a new repair mode came into being. This paper sorts out the typical differences between the three generations of servo actuator and traditional steering gear, and summarizes the analysis.
