近年来,中国石油锦州石化公司工会将学知识、学技术作为班组建设的一项重要内容,使班组学习蔚然成风,促进了“学习型”班组建设,基本形成了“班组管理制度化、工作指标数据化、安全质量标准化、施工作业程序化、考核达标动态化”的班组建设长效机制。2009年,锦州石化公司达标班组达到498个,达标率超过50%。
