56例食管癌切除标本应用S-100蛋白抗体对癌组织及其区域淋巴结中树突状细胞(DC)进行免疫组化染色观察。结果显示:癌组织中DC浸润密度同淋巴细胞反应强度有关(P<0.05),癌细胞分化较好者组织中DC浸润较多(P<0.05),在淋巴结转移癌灶和正常淋巴组织之间常见到一条高密度DC浸润带,提示DC与机体局部抗肿瘤免疫有关。癌组织及淋巴结中DC浸润密度愈高,癌复发转移愈少(P<0.05),提示DC浸润强度对判断食管癌预后有重要意义。
Immunohistochemical staining of dendritic cells (DC) in cancer tissues and their regional lymph nodes was performed on 56 specimens of esophageal cancer resection specimens using S-100 protein antibody. The results showed that the infiltration density of DC in cancer tissue was related to the intensity of lymphocyte reaction (P<0.05). The infiltration of DC was more in the tissues of better cancer cell differentiation (P<0.05), and in the lymph node metastases and normal A high-density DC infiltrate band is common between lymphoid tissues, suggesting that DC is associated with local antitumor immunity. The higher the density of DC infiltration in cancer tissues and lymph nodes, the lower the recurrence and metastasis of cancer (P<0.05), suggesting that the intensity of DC infiltration is important to determine the prognosis of esophageal cancer.
