以高效液相色谱电化学检测法测定血浆中高香草酸(HVA)的含量。血浆标本的前处理系采取有机溶媒两次提取法。该法最低检出量为0.22ng,HVA的回收率大于80%,适于研究和监测血浆HVA合量。
The content of homovanillic acid (HVA) in plasma was determined by HPLC with electrochemical detection. Pretreatment of plasma specimens was performed using two methods of organic solvent extraction. The minimum detection amount of this method is 0.22ng, and the recovery rate of HVA is more than 80%. It is suitable for studying and monitoring plasma HVA amount.
