目的调查食物中毒发生的原因,为此类食物中毒的预防提供科学依据。方法采用卫生学、流行病学现场调查法,同时结合临床症状以及实验室检测结果,确定食物中毒发生的原因。结果送检血液中检出莨菪碱;胆碱酯酶活力100%,未检出其它毒性成分。结论根据流行病学、卫生学调查资料,结合临床症状及实验室检测结果,判定此次事件为误服含莨菪碱莨菪引起的食物中毒。
Objective To investigate the causes of food poisoning and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of such food poisoning. Methods Hygiene, epidemiological on-site investigation method, combined with clinical symptoms and laboratory test results to determine the causes of food poisoning. Results Seizures detected in the blood testis; cholinesterase activity 100%, did not detect other toxic components. Conclusion According to the epidemiology and hygiene survey data, combined with the clinical symptoms and laboratory test results, the incident was judged as the food poisoning caused by the poisonous scopolamine-containing scopolamine.
