现场单桩静载荷试验结果表明,新型带肋预应力管桩具有较高的承载力,特别是在沿海的粉砂土地区具有很大的优越性。基于静载试验结果,采用MIDAS/GTS有限元软件,分析了各级荷载工况下新型带肋预应力管桩的应力场和位移场变化规律。模拟结果表明,该类管桩对周边土产生一个与环状凸肋大小相当的圆筒剪切面,在环状凸肋处轴应力变化明显,环状凸肋能有效起到端阻力的作用,对邻近的下部土体产生一个附加应力作用。
The static pile test results show that the new type of prestressed pipe pile with high bearing capacity, especially in the coastal area of silt with great advantages. Based on the static load test results, the variation of stress field and displacement field of the new ribbed prestressed pipe piles under various loading conditions were analyzed by using MIDAS / GTS finite element software. The simulation results show that the pipe pile produces a cylindrical shearing surface with the size of the annular rib on the surrounding soil. The axial stress of the annular rib changes obviously, and the annular rib can effectively act as the end resistance , The adjacent lower soil to produce an additional stress effect.
