使用经特殊设计的低能量体外冲击波碎石机(提高了反射效率和聚焦能力,降低了冲击能量)治疗168例(222枚)上尿路结石,碎石成功率达99.25％,3个月内结石排净率为80.1％,160例(95.24％)治疗后仅有一次或没有肉眼血尿。肾绞痛发生率为2.1％,2.0×2.0cm以上的较大结石治疗后石街发生率为5.56％,达到国产同类碎石机的治疗效果,而肾损伤明显减少。
A total of 168 patients (222) with upper urinary tract stones were treated with a specially designed low-energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripter (improved reflection efficiency and focusing ability and reduced impact energy). The success rate of gravel was 99.25% within 3 months The stone removal rate was 80.1%, 160 cases (95.24%) had only one or no gross hematuria after treatment. The incidence of renal colic was 2.1%.
