用粉末冶金制备SiCW/ZTA(Y)复合材料.致密化是工艺的关键.本文研究了SiCW/ZIA(Y)陶瓷基复合材料热压致富化的基本过程,发现晶须补强陶瓷基复复合材料的致密化可分为快速致富化、致富化减速、趋于终极密度等三个阶段.分析发现,热压工艺对陶瓷复合材料的终极密度有重要的影晌.虽然SiC晶须对陶瓷材料有良好的补强作用,但晶须的存在明显地阴碍复合材料的致密化.优化热压工艺就可以获得致富化程度高、基体晶粒不粗化的陶瓷复合材料.
Preparation of SiCW / ZTA (Y) Composites by Powder Metallurgy. Densification is the key to the process. In this paper, the basic process of hot pressing and enrichment of SiCW / ZIA (Y) ceramic matrix composites has been studied. It is found that the densification of whisker reinforced ceramic matrix composites can be divided into rapid enrichment, enrichment decelerating and ultimate density three phases. Analysis found that hot pressing process has an important impact on the ultimate density ceramic composites. Although SiC whiskers have a good reinforcing effect on ceramic materials, the presence of whiskers significantly obstructs the densification of the composites. Optimization of hot pressing process can get a high degree of enrichment, the matrix grains are not coarse ceramic composites.
