通过煤体在表面活性剂溶液中的浸润时间的长短选取适合的表面活性剂进行复配,对活性剂配方溶液的表面张力和接触角测定,得到煤体最优表面活性剂配方。通过煤样在表面活性剂配方溶液和纯水中吸水试验的对比,进一步验证表面活性剂配方对煤体润湿性能和降低粉尘浓度方面有一定的促进作用。最后采用Comsol Multiphysics多物理场耦合软件进行注入纯水与低浓度活性剂溶液润湿范围对比,得出结论:加入表面活性剂可以减低表面张力,提高润湿范围。
Through selecting the suitable surfactant for compounding by the infiltration time of the coal in the surfactant solution, the surface tension and the contact angle of the solution of the active agent are determined to obtain the optimal surfactant formula of the coal. Through the comparison of the water absorption test of the coal sample in surfactant solution and pure water, we can further verify that the surfactant formula has a certain promoting effect on the wettability of coal and reducing the dust concentration. Finally, Comsol Multiphysics multi-physics coupling software was used to compare the wetting range of pure water and low concentration active agent solution. The conclusion was drawn that the addition of surfactant can reduce the surface tension and improve the wetting range.
