新课程的不断推进迫切要求教师重新理解教育,变革教育行为,同时也迫切要求学校管理者改革教师评价制度。在课程改革与教师发展实践中,我们不断深入思考与探讨有利于激发教师积极性,帮助教师发展进步,促使教师逐步适应新课程对教师专业发展的要求的评价方式。我们成立了由教学管理人员组成的教学评价面谈工作组,尝试了运用评价面谈的方式对教师的教学工作进行评价,即教学管理干部当面群体访谈学生,然后再当面与教师反馈交流。其基本操作内容与程序如下:

In the curriculum reform and teacher development practice, we continue to deepen thinking and exploration of evaluation methods that are conducive to stimulating teacher enthusiasm, helping teachers to develop and progress, and prompting teachers to gradually adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum for teacher professional development. We set up a teaching evaluation team composed of teaching managers to try to use the evaluation interview method to evaluate teachers’ teaching work.
