轧制力是三辊行星轧机负载和激励的来源,轧制过程轧制力引起的轧机结构变形和振动会影响轧制质量。基于大变形弹塑性有限元和热力耦合分析理论,利用MSC.Marc软件获得了轧制力的数值及变化规律。在轧制力分析基础上,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对轧辊轴进行了有限元静力学和动力学分析,获取了轧辊轴最大工作应力、变形、静动态特性及轧辊轴在轧制力激励作用下的谐响应曲线。
Rolling force is the source of load and excitation of the three-roller planet rolling mill. The deformation and vibration of the rolling mill caused by the rolling force in the rolling process will affect the rolling quality. Based on the theory of large deformation elasto-plastic finite element and thermodynamic coupling analysis, numerical and variation rules of rolling force were obtained by MSC.Marc software. Based on the analysis of the rolling force, the finite element static analysis and dynamic analysis of the roll shaft were carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software. The maximum working stress, deformation, static and dynamic characteristics of the roll shaft and the effect of rolling force on the roll shaft were obtained Harmonic response curve.
