吉连有曾经是黑龙江省绥化市复合板厂的高级工程师,2000年退休的时候,吉连有每月领到的养老金仅是退休前工资的40%。12年来,由于物价上涨和工资水平的提高,养老金虽然逐年有所增加,现在每月有1800多元,但还是达不到当地社会平均工资的水平。其实吉连有并非个例,国家的基本养老保险仅为退休职工提供最基本的生活保障,企业年金作为补充养老保险,则可以增加职工退休收入,是养老保障中不可缺少的第二支柱。但企业年金在我国的发展状况不容乐观。
