目的了解并分析我院门诊药房用药咨询的基本情况,为进一步提高用药咨询服务的工作质量提供参考。方法对2014年10月—2015年3月完整记录的用药咨询记录共计683份进行回顾性分析,内容主要包括咨询对象基本情况、咨询药物种类以及咨询内容等方面。结果门诊药房咨询对象中患者及家属最多,占60.47%;医生和护士占39.53%。用药咨询的药品种类主要以循环系统药物(25.18%)、抗菌药物(23.13%)以及消化系统药物(17.57%)为主。用药咨询的内容主要以药物用法用量(29.43%)、药物作用及适应证(20.79%)以及药物成分、规格(18.45%)为主。结论门诊药房开展药物咨询对于提高药学服务治疗具有重要意义,药师应该努力提高自身理论水平,充实药学知识,并提高服务意识和沟通技巧,以便更好地为医护人员及患者提供药物咨询服务。
Objective To understand and analyze the basic situation of drug counseling in outpatient pharmacy in our hospital and provide reference for further improving the quality of counseling services. Methods A total of 683 medical consultation records were recorded from October 2014 to March 2015 for retrospective analysis. The main contents include the basic conditions of the counselors, the types of counseling and consultation contents. Results Outpatient pharmacy counseling patients and their families most, accounting for 60.47%; doctors and nurses accounted for 39.53%. Medication consultant types of drugs mainly circulating drugs (25.18%), antimicrobial drugs (23.13%) and digestive drugs (17.57%) based. The content of medication consultation mainly uses medicine dosage (29.43%), drug effect and indication (20.79%), and medicine composition and specification (18.45%). Conclusion Outpatient pharmacy consulting is of great significance to improve the treatment of pharmacy services. Pharmacists should strive to improve their theoretical level, enrich the pharmacy knowledge, improve their service awareness and communication skills in order to better provide medical consultation services for medical staff and patients.
