文章认为虽然我国已出台了《物业管理条例》及一些配套性文件,为规范物业管理活动提供了法律基础,但在实践中,现有的涉及物业服务合同的相关规定可操作性不强、内容不够完善。针对当前物业服务合同中存在问题,希望相关部门能够重视起来,出台并完善相关法律法规等制度,充分有效地发挥物业服务合同的功能,切实维护物业服务法律关系中各方的合法权益。
