众所周知,文化馆是组织开展社区群众文化活动,并提供文娱活动场所的艺术交流中心。本文结合文化馆建设在文化发展中的积极作用,分析了发展文化馆对社区群众文化建设的重要意义,指出文化馆可促进基层文化学习、有利于开展和组织文艺活动、有助于构建和谐社区等三方面优势,最后对文化馆建设中需注意的问题做了进一步延伸和探讨。
