电动汽车对电力系统的影响及其调度与控制问题

电动汽车在近几年的发展过程中,凭借经济性、环保性与功能性使其收获了较为广泛的消费市场,不同城市与地区也增加了电动汽车的充电桩数量,从当前的消费市场与配套设施建设的情况上可以看出,电动汽车已具备相对完善的市场结构与认可度。电力系统与电动汽车的联系较为紧密,其运行质量、调度质量与控制的精准性,都在较大程度上影响电动汽车的使用体验与行车安全。对此,本文从当前的社会发展情况、政策层面与技术层面探讨电动汽车的相关问题,并提出相应的优化思路与改善措施。
