Clinical studies have confirmed that left ventricular end-diastolic pressure and pulmonary capillary embedding pressure quite. Embedding pressure is the best indicator of left ventricular function and assessment of pulmonary congestion. Micro-catheter and flow-guided balloon floating catheter although the bedside measurements reflect the left ventricular end-diastolic pulmonary embedding pressure, but still a traumatic monitoring method. In this paper, left ventricular end-diastolic pressure was measured by M-mode echocardiography, and its methodological reliability was verified by drug test.
