为了实现长输天然气管道站场由调控中心实施集中调控的目的,通过对现阶段长输天然气管道SCADA系统控制权分配原则的研究,即在同一时间有且只有一方拥有对某一单体设备的控制权,建立了全自动运行时的调控权限分配模型。分析了通信中断情况下控制权的自动切换需求,基于心跳协议(Heartbeat Protocol)原理,提出了SCADA系统调控权自动切换步骤。该模型的建立及实现使SCADA系统在全自动运行时具备了通信信道的检测功能,大大提高了整个系统的鲁棒性,为长输管道的安全运行提供了保障和支持。

Based on the principle of Heartbeat Protocol, this paper analyzes the automatic handover of control right under the condition of communication interruption, and proposes the automatic handover procedure of SCADA system. The establishment and implementation of this model makes the SCADA system have the function of detecting communication channels in fully automatic operation, greatly improving the robustness of the whole system and providing guarantee and support for the safe operation of long-distance pipelines.
