用挤压法生产特殊钢异型管材,试制了外方内圆规格(60 mm方×40 mm)的方管。通过挤压工艺流程的设计和挤压力的计算,确定了挤压温度、变形抗力等重要参数。解决了异型管材挤压的关键难点问题:型材挤压工模具及玻璃垫的设计和制作,确定了最佳技术参数。现场试验表明,挤压出的方管产品尺寸精度高,直线度与垂直度较好,外尖角部位无变形,无单边、明显弯曲,且内外表面无划道、凹坑等缺陷。
Extruded production of special steel with special-shaped pipe, trial production of the outer circle specifications (60 mm square × 40 mm) of the square tube. Through the extrusion process design and calculation of extrusion pressure, determine the extrusion temperature, deformation resistance and other important parameters. Solve the key problems of special-shaped pipe extrusion problems: profile extrusion die and glass mat design and production, to determine the best technical parameters. Field tests show that the extruded square tube products have high dimensional accuracy, straightness and verticality, no deformation at the sharp corners, no unilateral and obvious bending, and no scratches or dents on the inner and outer surfaces.
