目前,随着教育改革和素质教育的全面贯彻、落实,我国的初中教育也发生了翻天覆地的变化,其教学目标不再是培养学生掌握课本知识,而是让学生既要掌握并学会如何应用课本知识,又要培养学生的思想道德品质,即,要通过全方位的教学手段推动学生的全面发展。正是如此,现阶段初中班主任的德育工作也发生了改变,因此,要想做好新时期的德育工作,就必须要加强对其的研究。
