创业团队是创业过程的三要素之一,对创业团队进行科学专业的管理,是创业团队稳定发展以及创业企业成长的重要保障。本文以蒂蒙斯创业模型为切入,全面分析了创业团队人力资源管理问题,以SCP即结构行为绩效模型研究范式为理论基础,对于创业团队的人力资源管理各模块进行设计,构建了基于人力资源供求规划,岗位规范、人员组建的团队结构;在行为方面为创业团队人员流动、职业生涯规划、培训开发提出了建议和激励机制;最后建构了基于团队绩效、薪酬管理以及劳动关系的团队产出绩效。本文的设计和思考为创业企业解决初期的人力资源管理方面容易出现的困惑,模型的构建为创业企业团队建设和发展提供借鉴和参考。
