论述了研制与生产家电用无铬耐指纹热镀锌钢板的一系列关键问题,包括处理剂的开发和钢板生产技术。介绍了处理剂的组成和物理性质,无铬耐指纹膜的性能,带钢表面质量控制技术,耐指纹涂层质量控制技术。分析了无铬耐指纹皮膜膜重及其均匀性、带钢表面粗糙度和带钢表面质量对钢板相关使用性能的影响。通过采用合适的无铬耐指纹药剂和合理的生产工艺参数,开发的钢板各项性能指标均达到交货技术标准,成为以电脑机箱为代表的家电用新型材料。
Discusses a series of key problems of developing and manufacturing chrome-free fingerprint-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel sheet for appliance, including the development of processing agent and the technology of steel plate production. The composition and physical properties of the treatment agent, the performance of chromium-free fingerprint film, the quality control of strip surface and the quality control of fingerprint-resistant coating are introduced. The effects of membrane weight and uniformity of chromium-free fingerprint film, the surface roughness of strip steel and the surface quality of strip on the service performance of steel plate were analyzed. By adopting suitable chromium-free fingerprinting agents and reasonable production process parameters, the performance indexes of the developed steel plates reach the technical standards of delivery and become the new type of household appliances represented by the computer case.
