在经济下行压力进一步加大的背景下,房地产业横跨消费与投资两大领域,其发展对稳增长具有举足轻重作用。目前中央高层密集关注房地产业,2015年11月10日,在中央财经领导小组第十一次会议上,习近平总书记首次表态要化解房地产库存,促进房地产业持续发展。同年11月11日,国务院常务会议上李克强总理指出要“以加快户籍制度改革带动住房等消费”。房地产去库存,己经成为国家“供给侧改革”的重要组成部分,被列入2016年重点工作。
