非调质钢学术会于1991年9月18～22日在四川省峨嵋山市召开。来自全国各冶金企业、高等院校、科研院所及汽车、拖拉机、机床企业,研究所等26个单位约37名代表出席了会议,冶金部科技司的同志也出席了会议。这次会议的主题是近2年来工作的总结和今后2年工作的安排,会议收到论文20余篇。会上除宣读12篇论文外,并请大连钢厂、上海第五钢铁厂、唐山钢铁公司、承德钢铁厂等单位代表介绍了本单位在开展非调质钢工作的情况;机械行业代表在会上也做了前阶段非调质钢在机械行业中推
Non-quenched and tempered steel academic society in 1991 September 18 ~ 22 in Emei City, Sichuan Province held.
