Taking the United States implementing the strategy of rebalancing the Asia-Pacific region and China’s economic belt of promoting the Silk Road as its background, this study summarizes the basic concepts and mutual relations of geopolitics, geopolitics and geostrategy and reviews basic geopolitical theories and The research progress. Then on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of geopolitical environment changes in East Asia, the paper summarizes the development trend of the geopolitical relations between China and Mongolia and between China and Russia. It holds that the rebalancing strategy of the United States in Asia has broken the balance pattern of the geopolitical power in the Asia-Pacific region and that China’s interests have come from Japan , Vietnam, the Philippines and other countries of the powerful challenge. Subsequently, the paper explores the impact of geopolitical changes on regional resource markets by taking Northeast Asia energy market as an example. Among them, for China, building the Silk Road Economic Belt is a strategy to cope with the crisis of the geo-environment. At the same time, Russia, after being sanctioned by the West, will turn its eyes to Asia. In addition, Russia and China have strong economic complementarities. Both sides Mongolia is expected to further enhance its cooperation in resources. After Mongolia relied on China economically, and after the United States returned to Asia, Mongolia adjusted its geopolitical strategy in an attempt to balance the influence of China and Russia in Mongolia. Although Mongolia The geopolitical relations between the two countries have generally progressed well. However, the U.S. intervention has increased the uncertainty of Sino-Mongolian cooperation in resources. As Japan and the ROK are allies in the United States, the geopolitical conflicts between China and Russia will reduce their resources in Northeast Asia Market share; North Korea, due to its small total economy, has little effect on the regional resource markets.
