作为脂肪醇催化胺化生产脂肪叔胺工艺的主要原料之一二甲胺的纯度对胺化反应的质量有直接的影响 ,而三甲胺是二甲胺中主要的不纯物之一。叔胺生产厂家需要一种简便 ,快速的分析二甲胺中三甲胺含量的手段。所作的工作建立了以乙酸酐为掩蔽剂 ,用盐酸标准溶液滴定二甲胺中三甲胺含量的分析方法。两个样品分别重复测定六次的数据表明 ,当三甲胺的含量为 3.2 99%时 ,测定的标准偏差为 0 .0 92 ,当样品中三甲胺的含量为 9.86 7%时 ,标准偏差为 0 .0 89。
The purity of dimethylamine, which is one of the main raw materials for the production of fatty tertiary amines catalyzed by fatty alcohols, has a direct impact on the quality of the aminating reaction. Trimethylamine is one of the major impurities in dimethylamine. Tertiary amine producers need a quick and easy way to analyze trimethylamine in dimethylamine. The work has been established with acetic anhydride as masking agent, with hydrochloric acid standard solution titration dimethylamine dimethylamine content analysis. The data for the six samples, which were repeated six times, respectively, showed a standard deviation of 0.092 when the trimethylamine content was 3.299%. The standard deviation was zero when the content of trimethylamine in the sample was 9.86% .0 89.
