背景与目的 业已发现EphB4和HIF 1α与肿瘤的发生、发展有密切关系。本研究的目的是探讨EphB4、HIF 1α蛋白在肺癌中表达的生物学意义及相互间的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测54例肺癌组织和10例正常肺组织中EphB4、HIF 1α蛋白表达的情况。结果 EphB4 和HIF 1α蛋白在54例肺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为50.0%(27/54)和42.6%(23/54),较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);肺癌中EphB4和HIF 1α的表达与肉眼类型、分级、分期有密切关系(P<0.05),而与组织学类型、年龄、性别、淋巴结转移无明显关系(P>0.05);EphB4和HIF 1α的表达呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论 EphB4 和HIF 1α在肺癌中的异常表达与肺癌的发生、进展和恶性度有关,两者存在着一定的协同作用;检测EphB4 和HIF 1α表达有助于预测肺癌预后。
Background and Objective It has been found that EphB4 and HIF-1α are closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the biological significance of the expression of EphB4 and HIF-1α in lung cancer and the relationship between them. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of EphB4 and HIF-1α in 54 lung cancer tissues and 10 normal lung tissues. Results The positive rates of EphB4 and HIF-1α in 54 lung cancer tissues were 50.0% (27/54) and 42.6% (23/54), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05) The expression of HIF-1α was closely related to the type, grade and staging (P <0.05), but not to histological type, age, gender and lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05). The expression of HIF-1α was significantly positive Correlation (P <0.01). Conclusions The abnormal expression of EphB4 and HIF-1α in lung cancer is related to the occurrence, progression and malignancy of lung cancer, and there is a synergistic effect between them. Detection of EphB4 and HIF-1α may be helpful to predict the prognosis of lung cancer.
