针对空心探针方法,对探针微孔孔径、测量点数对测量精度的影响进行了分析,建立了光束直接测量的模型,并进行了计算.当被测光束与探针微孔孔径比为 1%时,相对误差小于 2%;每条扫描线的测量点数为 30时,误差小于 0.2%,得到了满足测量精度要求的微孔的孔径、测量点数,实现了对大功率激光功率分布的有效检测.此结果适于光束直接测量的应用.
According to the hollow probe method, the influence of the probe micropore diameter and the number of measurement points on the measurement accuracy is analyzed, and a model for direct beam measurement is established and calculated.
