2021年3月,山西省考古研究院在盂县泥河发掘了一座金代壁画墓,清理壁画七幅,壁画包括对坐、瑞兽、童子、丈人等内容,出土了一组以碗、罐为基础的瓷器组合,反映了晋东山地金代民间丧葬习俗和宗教信仰.

以高校青年教师群体的强制性公民行为和任务绩效之间的相关性为研究对象,加入组织公平作为中介变量.通过对294名分布在25岁到45岁之间的高校青年教师样本的实证研究并发现强制性公民行为显著负向作用于高校青年教师任务绩效;组织公平则显著正向作用于高校青年教师任务绩效;同时,组织公平显著中介了强制性公民行为对任务绩效的影响,即当组织公平越高时,同等的强制性公民行为对任务绩效的负向影响减弱,反之则增强.最后,从优化青年教师的教科研环境、审慎制订并修改科研奖励标准并及时传达给青年教师提出建议.
