油井经过多轮蒸汽吞吐开采后,已动用油层含油饱和度大大降低,含水上升,油汽比下降,当降至经济极限以下时,应对原井段封堵调层。通过对辽河油田浅海作业区块在蒸汽吞吐井中利用大通径大跨度调层开采管柱技术实现调层开采实例的介绍,展示了该工艺技术在油井调层开采方面的突出作用。同时也展示了该技术在油井生产管理上节能降耗方面的巨大潜力。
After multiple rounds of steam stimulation, the well has greatly reduced the oil saturation of the oil layers that have been used, the water cut and the oil-steam ratio decrease. When it falls below the economic limit, the wells should be plugged and reconstructed. Through the introduction of the example of stratified mining using the large-diameter long-span stratified mining pillar in steam huff and puff wells in the shallow-sea operation block of Liaohe Oilfield, the outstanding function of the technology in stratified mining of oil well is demonstrated. It also shows the tremendous potential of the technology for saving energy and reducing fuel consumption in well production management.
