医院是我国着重建设的重点单位之一,医院的发展影响着人民的日常生活,是民生之根源。公立医院顾名思义就是国家开的医院而非私人的,我国政府大力扶持和设立的公立医院是具有公益性的非盈利性医院,其根本宗旨是为人民大众服务。随着市场经济的不断发展,人民大众对医疗事业越发上心,尤其是对公立医院的发展。因此,对公立医院进行财务绩效评价是必要的,也是有意义的。不仅可以有效的对医院进行监管,还能促使政府颁布的医疗方针在公立医院得到有效的实施。本文通过分析公立医院的绩效评价体系的现状,针对性的提出了相关的建议和策略。
Hospitals are one of the key units under construction in our country. The development of the hospital affects people’s daily life and is the root of people’s livelihood. As the name suggests, public hospitals are state-run hospitals rather than private ones. Public hospitals that our government strongly supports and establishes are non-profit public hospitals with the basic purpose of serving the public. With the continuous development of the market economy, the general public is more and more concerned with the medical cause, especially the development of public hospitals. Therefore, it is necessary and meaningful to evaluate the financial performance of public hospitals. It not only can effectively supervise the hospital, but also can promote the government’s medical policy promulgated in public hospitals to be effectively implemented. This paper analyzes the status quo of the performance evaluation system of public hospitals, put forward relevant suggestions and strategies pertinently.
