《中国药典》(1995,一部)对丸剂中所含水分的限度有明确规定,大、小蜜丸不得超过15%,对于含挥发性成分的蜜丸多采用甲苯法测其水分[1],该法操作繁琐,需加热进行,所测样品取样量大,对含有贵重药品的蜜丸尤为不适,而当蜜丸中即含有挥发性成分又含有带结晶水的矿物药时,甲苯法测出
“Chinese Pharmacopoeia” (1995, Part I) has a clear stipulation on the limits of water content in pills, and the size of large and small honeyed pills must not exceed 15%. For honeyed pills containing volatile components, the method of toluene is used to measure the water content. [1] The method is cumbersome and requires heating.
