目的分析成都市学龄前儿童感觉统合失调现状及其影响因素,为有效干预提供科学依据。方法以成都市两所幼儿园的781名儿童作为研究对象,采用儿童感觉统合能力评定量表及儿童基本情况调查表进行问卷调查。结果学龄前儿童感觉统合失调率为38.28%,轻、重度感觉统合失调检出率分别为29.96%和8.32%;男童失调率(23.05%)高于女童(15.24%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.41,P<0.05)。学龄前儿童感觉统合失调的影响因素包括性别、年龄、居住面积、分娩时孕周、孕期阴道出血史、父母教育态度、父母文化水平。结论成都市学龄前儿童感觉统合失调发生率较高。儿童感觉统合失调受生物和社会因素共同影响,应引起家长、学校和社会的广泛重视,早期开展筛查积极治疗。
Objective To analyze the status of sensory integration dysfunction and its influencing factors in preschool children in Chengdu and provide a scientific basis for effective intervention. Methods A total of 781 children from two kindergartens in Chengdu City were selected as research subjects. Questionnaire was conducted using questionnaire about children’s sensory integration ability and children’s basic situation. Results The rate of sensory integration dysfunction in preschool children was 38.28%, the detection rates of light and severe sensory integration disorders were 29.96% and 8.32% respectively, and the incidence of male disorders was 23.05%, higher than that of girls (15.24%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 15.41, P <0.05). Influencing factors of presynastic sensation in preschool children include gender, age, area of residence, gestational weeks during childbirth, history of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, parental educational attitude and parents’ cultural level. Conclusion Chengdu preschool children have a higher incidence of sensory integration disorders. Children’s sensory integration dysfunction by biological and social factors together, should cause widespread concern parents, schools and the community to carry out early detection of active treatment.
