本文叙述了使用金硅面垒型半导体探测器(CM20)的低本底α计数器的结构特点和技术性能。本计数器对~(239)Pu源的4π探测效率大于30%,α本底每48小时小于10个,可同时测量5个电沉积样品,并能够对两种不同能量的α粒子进行初步鉴别。
This paper describes the structural features and technical performance of a low background alpha counter using a gold silicon surface barrier type semiconductor detector (CM20). The counter detection efficiency of ~ (239) Pu source is more than 30% for 4π, and the background of α is less than 10 in 48 hours. It can measure 5 electrodeposited samples at the same time and preliminarily discriminate α particles with different energies.
