为获取西兰花种子中异硫氰酸酯的提取技术,采用响应面设计(RSD)优化提取工艺参数。通过中心复合试验设计,建立三因素五水平的响应面分析方法和回归模型。经Minitab15软件分析数据,得到西兰花种子中异硫氰酸酯的最佳提取工艺条件:浸提温度42℃,浸提pH7.2,浸提时间63min。验证试验中异硫氰酸酯得率0.338%,与模型预测结果相符。
In order to obtain the extraction technology of isothiocyanate in broccoli seeds, response surface design (RSD) was used to optimize the extraction process parameters. Through the central composite experimental design, a three-factor and five-level response surface analysis method and regression model are established. The optimum extraction conditions of isothiocyanates in broccoli seeds were obtained by Minitab15 software analysis: extraction temperature 42 ℃, extraction pH7.2, extraction time 63min. The yield of isothiocyanate in the validation test was 0.338%, which was in good agreement with the model predictions.
