社区矫正立法,是改面试行,取得了良好的法律效果、政革完善刑罚执行制度的重要内容,治效果和社会效果。然而,我国社是加强和创新社会管理的客观需区矫正立法相对滞后,这影响了社要。自2003年启动试点十年来,《社区矫正工作依法有序进行。2012年区矫正实施办法》已成为相对成熟国家制定的《社区矫正实施办法》,的蓝本,现立法时机已经成熟。在一定程度上解决了之前社区矫正实今年两会上,海南代表团建议,尽施依据凌乱、不成体系的问题,但是快制定实施《中华人民共和国社区社区矫正截至目前仍没有一部完整矫正法》。的法律作为依据,由此导致社区矫据悉,我国社区矫正工作从正机构不健全,人员配备不充足,相2003年开始试点,2009年在全国全关配套制度不完善等问题。

As the basis for the law, which led to the community correction is learned that China’s community correction work from the body is not perfect, staffing is not sufficient, starting in 2003 pilot, the whole nation in 2009, supporting the system is not perfect and so on.
