国内钢厂连铸板坯生产过程中,铸坯宽面边部纵向凹陷频发,严重时影响了连铸坯的表面质量,并造成轧材缺陷。主要分析了连铸板坯宽面边部纵向凹陷的形成原因,讨论了影响边部纵向凹陷产生的因素。结合生产现场试验,通过优化结晶器流场、优化结晶器锥度以及加强结晶器足辊段窄面的冷却强度等一系列有效的措施,使连铸板坯宽面边部纵向凹陷得到了有效的预防,连铸坯表面质量显著改善。
