Bruce Henderson (1951 ~ 1992), born in Tennessee, USA, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Vanderbilt University and entered the Harvard Business School. However, in 1941 he again chose to leave school and join Westinghouse, leaving only 90 days to graduate from him. At Westinghouse, he became one of the youngest vice presidents in the history of the company; in 1953, President Eisenhower picked him for a five-member panel to assess foreign aid to Germany under the Marshall Plan; in 1959 he left Westinghouse to head Arthur D.
