在现行高等学校分析化学教材中,显色反应对吸光光度分析结果的各种影响因素,是独立于朗伯一比耳定律而单独讨论的。童沈阳用Ringbom的副反应系数处理了显色反应的化学平衡。本文提出了利用现在已在分析教材中引入的副反应系数及表现稳定(或不稳定)常数表达朗伯一比耳定律,並由此进一步讨论影响吸光光度分析结果的各种因素。这样的处理,不仅有利于学生对副反应系数有更进一步的了解和深入,而且有利于系统地掌握影响显色反应及吸光光度分析结果的各种因素,並能应用于分析实践。
In the current textbooks of analytical chemistry of colleges and universities, various influencing factors of the colorimetric reaction on the results of the absorption spectrophotometry are discussed separately from Lambert-Ear’s law. Tong Shenyang Ringbom with the side effects of the reaction coefficient to deal with the chemical reaction of color balance. In this paper, Lambert-Beer’s law is expressed using the side reaction coefficients that have now been introduced in analytical textbooks and the expression of stable (or unstable) constants, and the various factors that influence the results of absorbance spectroscopy are discussed further. Such treatment will not only help students to further understand and deepen the side effects coefficient, but also help to systematically master the various factors that affect the color reaction and the results of spectrophotometry, and can be applied to the analysis of practice.
