流行病学调查表明,有常年食用大蒜习惯的人群,胃癌发病率非常低。为了探讨大蒜防治肿瘤的机制,本实验在大蒜抑制小鼠S-180肉瘤生长作用的基础上,进一步研究了其对肿瘤组织和血浆中环核苷酸的影响。现将结果报告如下:
Epidemiological surveys have shown that the incidence of gastric cancer is very low in people who have habits of eating garlic all the year round. In order to explore the mechanism of garlic in preventing and treating tumors, this experiment further studied its effect on the cyclic nucleotides in tumor tissue and plasma on the basis of garlic inhibiting the growth of mouse S-180 sarcoma.
