广州南站发现广场项目属于平面与立面较不规则的复杂超限高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,文中分析结构超限情况并确定抗震性能目标,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法对结构进行小震弹性、中震等效弹性计算及大震下的弹塑性时程分析、高区空腹桁架对比分析等,可保证结构实现预先设定的抗震性能目标。
