目的:探讨人体上呼吸道热态快速自动评测系统对上呼吸道炎症筛查的可行性。方法:利用红外热成像技术(IRTI)采集集训期间170名新兵头颈部的红外热像图,采用人体上呼吸道热态快速自动评测系统对受试者的上呼吸道红外热图进行自动评判,与临床问诊及体检进行比较,并进行敏感度、特异度、预检率、假阳性、假阴性和诊断符合率的评价。结果:人体上呼吸道热态快速自动评测系统自动评判结果显示,阴性表达84例、阳性表达86例;临床问诊和体检结果显示,有症状者93例、无症状者77例。人体上呼吸道热态快速自动评测系统对上呼吸道炎症筛查的敏感度为79.57%、特异度为84.42%、阳性预检值为86.05%、阴性预检值为77.38%、假阳性和假阴性分别为20.43%和15.58%,诊断符合率为81.76%。结论:人体上呼吸道热态快速自动评测系统具有较好的应用价值。
Objective: To explore the feasibility of human upper respiratory hot fast automatic evaluation system for upper respiratory tract inflammation screening. Methods: Infrared thermography of 170 recruits’ head and neck during training was collected by infrared thermography (IRTI). The upper respiratory tract thermogram of the upper respiratory tract was automatically evaluated by the human upper respiratory tract rapid thermal automatic evaluation system. Clinical examination and physical examination were compared, and sensitivity, specificity, pre-test rate, false positive, false negative and diagnostic accuracy of the evaluation. Results: The results of automatic evaluation of the human upper respiratory tract rapid thermal automatic evaluation system showed that 84 cases were negative and 86 cases were positive. The results of clinical examination and physical examination showed that 93 cases were symptomatic and 77 cases were asymptomatic. The human upper respiratory tract rapid thermal automatic evaluation system has a sensitivity of 79.57%, specificity of 84.42%, positive pretest value of 86.05%, negative pretest value of 77.38%, false positive and false negative respectively 20.43% and 15.58% respectively, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 81.76%. Conclusion: The human body upper respiratory tract rapid thermal automatic evaluation system has good application value.
