一、引言不锈钢晶间腐蚀无损鉴定法主要有:阳极浸蚀法、微电位法和涡流法。阳极浸蚀法的优点是快而简单;缺点是不能检验焊缝的缝金属,条件不易控制,只能检验小面积的局部位置,受晶粒度的影响较大。其他方法所需的设备和操作技术都较复杂,而有的方法尚处于研究阶段,难于在大型工程设备上直接或立即推广应用。因此,需要寻找一种简便易行,而又可靠的检验方法。我们研究的对象着重于1X18H9T(可代表奥氏体不锈钢)焊接材料。
I. Introduction Stainless steel intergranular corrosion nondestructive identification methods are: anode etching method, micro-potential method and eddy current method. Anode etching method has the advantages of fast and simple; the disadvantage is that the seam weld metal can not be tested, the conditions are not easy to control, can only test the small area of the local location, affected by the larger grain size. Other methods and equipment required for the operation of technology are more complex, and some methods are still in the research stage, difficult to large-scale engineering equipment directly or immediately promote the application. Therefore, there is a need to find an easy and reliable test method. Our research focuses on 1X18H9T (austenitic stainless steel) welding material.
