事业部制能更高程度地适应目前我国大型工程承包企业国际业务规模化发展,并与之相匹配,使之促进其国际业务发展组织管理模式。随着国家“走出去”战略的加快实施以及“一带一路”重大战略部署的不断推进,综合性工程承包企业加快了国际市场的开发速度。然而,企业现有组织结构往往不能适应国际业务发展的需要,致使国际业务发展滞后,甚至失败,必须认真研究,重新优化设计企业的组织形式。组织结构表明了组织各部分排列顺序、空间位置、聚散状态、联系方式以及各要素之间相互关系,是整个管理系统
