大鼠侧脑室置管后 2 d,观察 icv GABAA 受体激动剂蝇蕈醇和 (或 )其拮抗剂荷包牡丹碱对麻醉箱内异氟烷最低有效浓度 (反映最低肺泡有效浓度 )和翻正反射恢复时间的影响 .结果表明 icv5mmol· L-1蝇蕈醇 2 μL明显降低箱内异氟烷最低麻醉浓度 ,延长大鼠翻正反射恢复时间 ;icv0 .5mmol·L-1荷包牡丹碱 2μL对异氟烷的最低麻醉浓度和翻正反射恢复时间皆无影响 ,但可部分拮抗蝇蕈醇降低异氟烷最低麻醉浓度和延长翻正反射恢复时间的作用 .以上实验结果提示 ,蝇蕈醇和异氟烷间有协同作用 ,但脑内的 GABAA 受体可能不是异氟烷全麻作用的主要靶位 .
