在炼油厂和天然气处理厂的单元装置中，加热炉是一关键设备，其工艺设计计算较为复杂、费时，且人为计算偏差较大。本文通过实例，简介由四川石油管理局勘察设计研究院编制的《圆筒型管式加热炉工艺计算程序》及其计算流程图。该程序已成功地多次运用，所得到的计算结果数值较吻合现场实际操作的数据。 In unit installations of refineries and natural gas processing plants, reheating furnace is a key equipment, the process design calculation is more complicated and time-consuming, and human-calculated deviation is larger. In this paper, an example is given to introduce the calculation program of cylindrical tube furnace and its calculation flow chart compiled by Survey and Design Institute of Sichuan Petroleum Administration Bureau. The program has been successfully used many times, and the calculated results are more in line with the actual operation of the scene data.
