目的 为甲状腺手术患者提供综合性护理干预的临床效果进行研究.方法 本次研究的目标选择为到我院接受甲状腺手术治疗的患者,本次研究的起始时间和截止时间分别设定为2018年6月、2019年9月,对患者进行筛选后,本次研究中的患者数量一共为94例.本次研究中设置2个不同小组(对照组、观察组),护理人员应根据分组情况决定护理方案,以此来对小组间护理情况差异进行对比.结果 在研究中,通过选择综合性护理干预作为观察组之中患者的护理模式,观察组患者在术前应激水平和自我护理能力都得到了很好的提升,小组间的差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论 在对甲状腺手术患者进行临床护理时,选择综合性护理干预作为患者的护理方式,很好的保证护理的质量,因此值得在临床中进行推广.
