简要介绍了2009年开展中国政府网站用户调查工作的背景,详细阐述了2009年政府网站用户调查指标体系和评分方法的设计;依据网民留言结果和问卷调查结果,从政务信息公开、在线办事、公众参与等方面考察了省级和地市级用户对2009年中国政府网站的认知度和满意度情况,并汇总整理了用户关心的热点问题;结合用户调查结果,提出了我国政府网站应进一步提高和完善的关键点及措施建议。
