目的 探讨古方温清饮免疫双向调节的作用和机理。方法 用对大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)、对致敏豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌过敏性收缩、对二硝基氯苯(DNCB)接触性皮炎及对小鼠T淋巴细胞酸性酯酶活性,对环磷酰胺免疫抑制作用,对小鼠血浆内CAmp等的影响,观察温清饮的免疫双向调节作用。结果 古方温清饮具有免疫双向调节作用,能增强小鼠T淋巴细胞酸性酯酶活性,增强网状内皮系统的吞噬功能,并能对抗环磷酰胺所致的免疫抑制作用,增高小鼠血浆CAmp含量,对型及型变态反应均有抑制作用。结果表明对古方温清饮的研究具有很重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of the ancient Fang Wen Yin drinking two-way immune regulation. METHODS: Passive cutaneous anaphylaxis of rats (PCA), allergic contraction of sensitized guinea pig isolated ileum smooth muscle, dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) contact dermatitis, and acid esterase activity on mouse T lymphocytes. The effects of cyclophosphamide immunosuppression on CAmp in mice plasma were observed, and the immune two-way regulation effect of Wenqing Decoction was observed. RESULTS: Gufang Wenqing Decoction has two-way immunoregulatory effect, which can enhance the activity of acid esterase in mouse T lymphocytes, enhance the phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system, and can counteract the immunosuppressive effect caused by cyclophosphamide and increase the plasma CAmp of mice. Content, inhibition of both type and allergic reactions. The results show that it is of great significance to study the ancient Fang Wenqing drink.
